InvestIN
InvestIN is a London-based organisation led by a group of experienced professionals from some of the world’s most competitive careers. Our partnership provides pupils with an immersive experience of their dream career before they start university, so they can get a head-start over their competition. The InvestIN team execute a termly careers talk programme in which they visit the school to deliver inspirational and informative presentations for the girls. With the intention of empowering pupils students to think like young professionals now, not at some time in the distant future.

Being all-girls in our Senior School and Sixth Form, we take pride in our partnership with #ThisGirlCan. As an active supporter of the campaign, Rye aims to embody their objectives and spread their message. We regularly engage with the activities they promote and encourage our girls to be fearless, providing a vehicle in which they can challenge themselves.

The progression of women in STEM subjects, and the emphasis placed on the importance of this progression, is a message we echo at Rye. Opportunities for academic discovery are limitless.
